In addition, access will be limited to only that information that is strictly necessary for the performance of those duties.

The foundry takes its name from the fleuron—a glyph used as a punctuation mark or as an ornament for typographic compositions. It's one of the oldest typographic ornaments, present in early Greek and Roman inscriptions.
